Cripsy baby drumsticks
Makes 12
Ingredients
- 12 mini chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup finely crushed corn chips (choose reduced sodium and fat)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Toss the drumsticks in flour and shake off excess. Dip in combined egg and milk, then corn chips
- Place on greased oven tray and spray with olive oil. Bake in a moderate oven for 40 mins or until brown. Serve hot or cold.
